All from the comfort of home, alongside other women who are ready to try, gently.

Group Quran Recitation of Surah Ar-Rahman with Ustazah Nisa Rahmad Ho
Start your morning with calm and clarity through guided recitation of Surah Ar-Rahman. Build consistency, confidence, and connection with the Quran, with gentle tajwid support in a no-pressure space.
7.15–8.00am
Stretch, Strength & Bodyweight Session with Coach Emilya
Ease into movement with gentle stretches and bodyweight exercises designed to help you feel stronger, more confident in your body, and energised for the day ahead.
What’s included:
3 x 90-minute live sessions (via Zoom)
Guided Quran recitation of Surah Ar-Rahman with gentle tajwid support
Stretch, strength, and bodyweight workouts for all levels
Practical tips for movement and nourishment during Ramadan
By the end of the programme, you’ll have:
More confidence and calm in your Quran recitation
A simple movement routine you can sustain during Ramadan
Tools to balance ibadah and physical wellbeing
A renewed connection to your body as an amanah (trust)

About Ustazah Nisa Rahmad Ho
Ustazah Nisa Rahmd is the founder of Yameen Quran Academy and an ARS-certified Quran teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience. She has guided students of all ages in building confidence, consistency, and a meaningful relationship with the Quran.
As a mother of two, Ustazah Nisa understands the realities of balancing family, faith, and personal well-being. She believes that caring for the body is part of honouring the amanah Allah has given us, a value she lives by as a fitness enthusiast who incorporates strength training into her lifestyle.
About Coach Emilya
Coach Emilya is a group fitness instructor at STRONG Pilates and a certified personal trainer with over four years of experience. She specialises in strength, corrective exercise, and bodyweight training, with a focus on helping beginners build confidence through safe, sustainable movement. She is also currently a student of Yameen Quran Academy having just completed Basic Tajweed classes.
